My sister is looking for a one bedroom apt in Queens
My single sister (who has a good job - she's a nurse) is looking for a one bedroom apt in Queens. Preferably Whitestone, Bayside, Flushing, College Point area that is pet friendly - she has a four pound Yorkie. Also, she does not want to be in an apartment building - she's had a really bad experience in one. Please let me know if you know of any apartments. Thanks!

I don't know of any current ones but grew up there & know a lot of single family homes have apartments. We lived in one in Whitestone that was pet friendly & reasonable.
Check out Newsday & the local pennysaver.

Re: My sister is looking for a one bedroom apt in Queens
my friend is moving in July from a 1 bedroom in Woodside, dont know if thats what she would be interested. Its in a walk up, not an official apartment complex. My friend has been there for 3 years and loved it, she is moving to Minnesota to be with her fiance.
I know she has 2 cats and others in the building have dogs
