My mom is looking for an apt in Nassau
If anyone knows of a decent place that is reasonably priced....she doesn't make a lot of money but she is a long term and reliable tenant.
The apt she is in now just raised her rent and it's been flooded from the rain.

Have her check craigslist. That was my best resource when I was looking for apartments.
