The past 2 days DD will go down in the morning and sleep 2 hours but she's having issues with an afternoon nap.

She can't make it from 11 until bedtime at 7....any hints?

Dd was fighting going down. She would not go in. AI I transitioned her at 11-12 months. I kept her up later in the morning. So instead of 10 I inc it to 10:15 etc and kept her pm nap the same until we were doing 12-3. So where in that time frame.
I used her cues so I knew she was ready to stay up lOnger but watched for tired cues. It didn't take long to transition.

I tried to keep 2 naps as long as possible... I loveeeddd 2 naps. Around 16 months she wouldn't go down for her morning nap very easily, I'd try putting her down at 10 and she'd play and play and play.. I knew then that it wasn't necessary but still tried to do it for 18m with mixed results. Exactly at her 18m bday we dropped to one nap, around 12:30/1:00

I'd try an earlier bedtime. DS has refused an afternoon nap for awhile now. (He's 15 mos) He usually naps 10:30/11 to 12/12:30 (ish lol) His bedtime is 6:30, but when he is extra cranky, we put him down earlier.

having the same issue - DS is 15m and doing his morning nap no problem - usual 1.5 - 2hrs but just playing his 2nd nap....

im thinking i will just try to push the morning nap later and later like pp suggested until its just 1 nap
