bank appraisal ??
We are in contract with a short sale. We gave them till JUNE 151st to give us an answer.just got word that the bank is in the process of doing the appraisal. How much longer do you think it will take?
Just the anxious because we lost out on the last short sale and that took place back in February. So the waiting is killing me.

It took less than a week to get the appraisal back once it was done.

We are also in the (LONG) process of trying to buy a short sale. We found out a few weeks ago that the bank was working on the appraisal and looking at the file. We have yet to hear any word back yet...we are hoping to hear soon!
