I am also TTC #2 and obsessing like crazy. What I try to remind myself each morning when I walk into DS's room to get him out of bed is that I am so grateful for the one that I have. This usually makes me feel a little better. When I dwell on TTC is when I drive myself crazy so I try most of the day not to think about it. But it creeps into my thoughts....you are not alone! Good luck this month- you are NOT out! But if it doesn't happen now there's always next month!

i totally understand where your coming from, i've taken several IC's and all BFN i'm 11dpo or 12dpo not sure since i usually have a 29-30 day cycle. I O'd late too so i could be even 10dpo. i hate waiting i obess too, although i have one EPT left and i'm afraid to pee on it. So i'm waiting a week to do so. it's been 30 days. so after sat i'll be a day late since i've been 1 day late before. so sat would be 2 days late. i'm WISHING!!!! :) praying!!! I hope you get a BFP!!! your not out till she comes!!! :) there's hope i am greatful for my son as well, trying to make him a sibling hasn't been easy for the past 11mths. he's 8 yrs old so there's going to be an age gap, but i don't care, i'm just greatful that i ovulate and can get pregnant b/c i had my son :)

i was in the EXACT same boat, 5-6 months ago. We got pregnant month #1 with my son. Going into TTC for #2, I kept telling myself that more than likely, it wouldnt happen as quickly but I think deep down inside, I kind of expected it to

it took 5 or 6 months but we are here! don't stress about it, it WILL happen.

Honestly, I think this month was different for us because I finally realized that stressing and agonizing was not going to do anything - it was going to hurt us if anything. So, I went with the flow. I knew when I would O and just BD the two nights before. NO pressure of every night or every other night.

It worked!

ETA - wanted to add - I had all the same symptoms that I have had every other month TTC. The only difference, I honestly swore I was getting AF at about 7DPO which I knew was just WAY too early. Then at 10DPO, I felt like I was hit by a truck. Otherwise, all the same symptoms or LESS than months I was not pregnant.

I could not agree with this more. Thats exactly what I am trying to keep in prospective. I went from one and done to obsessing over getting pregnant with the 2nd one. Something about TTC just brings out the crazy
