How do you know when you're ovulating?

Are there any symptoms you normally feel?

I've been feeling slight cramps throughout the morning (technically, if my cycles were on normal schedule, this would be my ovulation week).

i never notice that i am ovulating. if i didnt use opks or temp i would be clueless and would def be at all the wrong times bc i do not have a "normal" cycle (i dont ovulate in the middle of my cycle)
some ladies say they can feel pain in the ovaries but i dont experience that.
if you are uncertain i would suggest using an opk or temping one month
