How do you figure out how many DPO you are?
Im so confused by all this and this is our 1st month trying and I'm trying to figure out how all this works.

you would have to know the day you ovulated then the days following are your Days Post Ovulation (day 1 is the next day and so on). Some HPT test can detect the pregnancy hormone hCG in urine approx 10 days DPO.
