I never got them until I hit the week I gave birth 38 weeks. and they were only on my hips, really tiny.

I am 5'2" and was about 125 when I got PG. I gained 55 lbs with my pregnancy and don't have a single stretch mark.
I read a few articles that said its more genetic than using lotion (I did use lotion anyway to make sure) but my Mom didn't have any stretch marks so according to the articles I read, I shouldnt have any either - and I didnt.

I didn't at all and my mom had really bad ones so the genetics didn't hold true here. I used Cocoa Butter religiously after showers and nightime anti itch oil from Palmers.

I am almost 38 weeks and don't have one stretch mark. I tried cocoa butter once and got a bad allergic reaction, so haven't used any lotion either. I think its prob genetic mainly as my mom had 6 kids and really didnt' have any!

I didn't get any on my belly...I gained 52 lbs, so I have teeny ones on my thighs and some on my bb's from the porn-star look AFTER I gave birth and oh yeah...no one ever tell you you can get 'em on your AZZ!

I thought I was going to make it through without any. They appeared at 38 weeks - Arghhhhh. Have a few on my lower stomach. I used cocoa butter twice a day starting at 10 weeks.

I had NONE, not one until after i gave birth to my daughter then they popped up on my inner thighs. I was so p!ssed.

I think it's all genetics. I didn't get any. One of my sisters is very heavy to begin with and she didn't get any either. I gained 27lbs, she gained 60

I didnt get any with my daughter. I was very skinny and gained 60 lbs. I lost it all, but no stretch marks. I'm hoping to be that lucky again!
Oh wait! I got a funny little one where my belly button ring used to be. Its tiny. And a few on my upper butt! I forgot about those. But none on my tummy!
