It's cute but if your belly is your problem I think it will actually draw more attention to it? I think a scoop type bottom is best its not too low but not too high

I find high waisted things make my lower belly look bigger. I'm not sure if that is your problem area, but this would not look good on me for that reason.

I think you would be better off with a tankini. It covers the belly while I think this one would draw attention to it.

I like the idea of the high-waisted bottom, but the thing with those is that they are a vintage silhouette, so in this modern print with the modern top, it looks odd.
I LOVE the vintage look for bathing suits, but I think a different top and print would make it look intentional and not granny-panty-esque.

I dont like the pattern in that style.
I tried the hot dot retro suit from JCrew. I actually really liked it but the top bothered me, only because I have tiny boobs. I have a little loose belly skin from two pregnancies and the bottoms concealed it well. I would recommend you try it. It is cute!
