Temping ?
Ok so just to preface, I temp orally so maybe this is the reason BUT....
My BBT is really low. Its been around 96.8 my whole cycle...I'm supposed to O this weekend but I don't see my temperature rising.
How does this usually go? Is it just a sharp spike? or is it more of a gradual thing?
TIA! I always feel like I have no idea what I'm doing

Re: Temping ?
Your temp should be low in the AM.. That is in the normal range! Miine was typically 97.3 ish and then after ovulating went up about 1 degree in the low to mid 98s. If it stays elevated 18 days you are preggo :)

Re: Temping ?
After you ovulate, your temp will go up pretty sharply and stay elevated until your period. It really only goes up somewhere between .5 and 2 degrees, but if you're charting, it's pretty noticable. Also, one high temp on its own doesn't mean much. The charting software needs three high temps in a row to confirm ovulation (if you're using a website like Fertility Fried or similar)
