Caffine's impact on TTC?
Does any one know if Caffine can negatively impact TTC? I thought I heard some where that it can slow the motility of the egg and can cause ovarian cysts. I have cut back significantly (used to drink coffee every day) I only have some occasionally when AF is here. I'm wondering if I should cut it out all together?

Re: Caffine's impact on TTC?
i know that you should definately cut it out or way down when you are actually pregnant, but as far as ttc, i dont think it can hurt to try to cut down as well. i personally have cut down a lot and trying to cut it out all together since basically every 2 weeks im in the 2ww anyway and that i could be pregnant during that time. my problem isnt so much coffee since there is decaf but i keep having to remind myself about iced tea.

I wouldn't drink a pot of coffee a day but I hear to keep things normal unless your having difficulty. Best thing is hydrate if you do drink caffeinated drinks. The rule I was told for every cup of coffee you need two cups of water to be hydrated.

Re: Caffine's impact on TTC?
If you have fibroids or cysts you should cut it out. I've had to almost cut it out completely and only indulge in my extremely random iced coffee (well and some chocolate). Otherwise I think as long as you don't drink it to much your fine.
It can cause cysts though and not just ovarian. My mom had to cut it out completely because it caused a cyst on her breast.
