closing costs for re-fi q
just curious, if you refinanced and were quoted with an estimate of closing costs, did this change at all when you actually closed (like, go a lot higher due to other fees?) or was it pretty much on target?

It was higher mostly due to escrows needed. But then I got back at closing which was wacky but either way estimate a little higher to allow for prepaids.

It was higher overall because of the difference in the escrow, but the actual closing costs themselves were lower than what was on the GFE.
