Yes, definitely. In Taking Charge of Your Fertility, the author recommends doing kegels a few hours after sex to expell the extra semen that didn't make it up so that you can get a better idea of your CM.

Semen is absorbed into the toilet paper and CM is less absorbent and more clear.
