OOS and telling family
Anyone have any good ideas for sharing the news with our parents since we live out of state? We wanted to wait until we saw them face to face but that could be a couple of months. TIA!

I did the poem that Athina posted for DS #1 with a picture of the first sono.
LO # 2 we did via skype. (my DS wore a big brother shirt)

We emailed them a pic and had them open it while we were on skype... we told them it was a wedding pic the photog had emailed us- so this way they were surprised.
It was nice to be able to see their reaction.

My mother lives in Vegas and she absolutely LOVESSSSS Christmas.
I sent her a personalized Christmas ornament that said "Baby Brown's 1st Christmas ornament, Congrats Grandma and Grandpa!"
I wrapped it and on it I told her not to open until she called me so we would be on the phone together :)
She loved it

I told my Mom over the phone as soon as I got my BFP BUT, when we found out the sex we told them over Skype!

Awww! These ideas give me chills. I definitely think we'll do something over skype and maybe get DD a Big Sister t-shirt and see who notices
