What to do in San Juan, PR?
My parents are taking a cruise next week and their first stop is San juan so they def want to get off the boat, but don;t want to take any of the cruise line tours they offer...but they remember in the past getting off the ship and there was like nothing to do.
Suggestions? Did anyone do anything fun there or take a cab somewhere?

I went to PR several years back with my friend whose family is from there. We walked around the city, ate, shopped and I remember just walking around and taking pics of the old fort and an old cemetary that is there.
We also lounged on a beach.

How long do they have in Puerto Rico?
There's El Yunque, Luquillo Beach is pretty but my favourite thing we did there was the Arecibo Observatory and the Rio Camuy Cave.

We really enjoyed touring the old forts - El Morro, Fort San Cristobal - and the Old San Juan Cemetery, They're all right next to each other.
If they have a whole day to spend there, El Yunque rainforest is beautiful.

The old forts!!
It is beautiful and cheap, and it will fill the entire day walking around looking at everything.
It is super close to the port (walking distance).

That depends on how long you have. You can tour the forts. We did you a fun Segway tour of the old town. If you have some time, hiking the rainforest is amazing too.

all of the above, except i don't know anything about the rainforest tour. My friend and i took a museum tour and that was very good.
