I feel your pain! I had a nasty cold over the weekend and my sinuses felt like they were going to explode!! I used the neti poti and took tylenol. Also I drank a lot of water and hot tea with lemon and honey. Feel better!

 I feel your pain too. I had a bad cold around new years and it lasted almost a week!
i just got plenty of rest, fluids, halls, chicken soup.
hope you feel better soon!

I've had a cold for like a month! This week was a bad one- I could not sleep, I had to sleep sitting up so I could breathe.
It's better now- just OJ, tea, chic soup- all the remedies.
I was taking tylenol cold but I felt like it made me worse because it made me so dried out.
