Are you finding TTC with baby #2 just as easy or much harder?

got pregnant on Honeymoon (1st time trying) with DS.
Second time around it took 3 months. But had miscarriage...after that it took another 3 months before i got bfp again..and i am currrently 22 weeks now.

WAAAAAAAAAAAY harder TTC #2. With my DD I took Metformin, ovulated on my own, had one mature follie, did one IUI, and BAM!!................BFP! Easy as can be. Totally assumed it would be as easy with #2 but it hasn't quite worked out that way.
In 2010 we ended up exhausting every last dime of our IF coverage and we ended up with about 4-5 failed IUI's (Clomid and Met cycles) and 3 miscarriages. We decided this year to pay OOP for another IUI so right now we're in the middle of a cycle and I'm on injectables. Hoping to have my IUI within the next week and with any luck we'll finally have our BFP that sticks.
So to answer your question...........nope, it hasn't been easy TTC #2.

It was much harder for us. With DS I got pregnant on the second month trying and with #2 it took us 15 months and 1 loss...talk about a journey...but we got there

We got pregnant on our honeymoon and we weren't even trying (well not "trying", trying...I guess  everyday with no protection can be considered kind of trying lol) I ovulated early...definitely a pleasant surprise and an exciting time! Yes, I did get pregnant very easy with my 1st child. It's not as easy the 2nd time around but we have only been "trying" tying for about 3 months now and I feel this may be my month!
This is a very exciting time though because we are TTC for technically the first time!

With DS, I got pregnant the first month. With #2, I got pregnant the 2nd cycle we tried. Good luck!

with #1, ut took 3 months, miscarrige, then pregnant the fourth month.
with #2, I was ovulating, went home told my husband we should dtd, 2 weeks later BFP!

DD1 and DD2 happened without trying. DD1, I missed a few BCPs (maybe 3--I started the pack late). Got preggo.
DD2- was still EBF #1. Didn't want to go back on bill because we wanted to TTC for number 2 in the fall, and the dr said first 6mths pp if you EBF, the chance of getting preggo is 2%. after 6 mths, 15%. DH still PO every time. Except once.... =) thank goodness he couldn't PO that time! (I was 4.5 mths PP)
I feel so lucky and so blessed. We want to TTC for #3 at the end of this year or early next, and I'm scared because I've never had to plan it before. I have an IUD now and am worried that it will have messed things up. Hopefully not.

#1 was a surprise
#2 nothing has happened for three years. We weren't trying too seriously for most of that time, but we have been the past 1.5 years. I just started seeing a RE.
