question about homemade whipped cream
does anyone know how long you can leave it in the fridge without it turning into a goopy mess? just made banana pudding, recipe calls for it to be topped with fresh whipped cream. i'm bringing it to a family party tomorrow night. debating whether i should wait until the morning to make the WC and if i should hold off from putting it on the pudding until we get to the party (would rather have it fully assembled in advance though)

Re: question about homemade whipped cream
I'd wait until the morning. It may deflate if done too early.

Re: question about homemade whipped cream
I think it tastes best as soon as it's made but you can store it and then just re-whip it alittle in the morning. I've stored both in the freezer and in the fridge.
If you make it fresh in the morning, I put the bowl and the beaters in the freezer first. It'll whip quicker!

Re: question about homemade whipped cream
I've made it, brought to party in tupperware and then just rewhipped.
