fish burps!
Yuck! I've never had this before! I take a fish oil supplement every morning and today I am burping up fish taste! Gross!!! Anyone ever had this?

Is it from a dha pill? If so, I take targets brand of dha that is from algae, not fish. Never get nasty burps

No, it's a fish oil pill. Probably the same thing, just marketed differently. I've been taking them for years. They help with joint problems and arthritis. My dad got me into taking them.

yeah i have to take 4000mg of Omega 3 every day and i get the fish burps too... Dr said to get the coated ones, and i did and i still get the fish

Mine are a gel tab, so it's pretty bad, I don't know how much it is though, I know I'm supposed to take on with each meal, but I only take it in the AM.

Yeah I think it's because I had a latte this morning. I don't usually have any problem.

Eww i had that with the target brand pills. it helped to take it at night though. since then, i've switched to the gummies though, no complaints!

My prenatals are plant based dha instead of fish, I don't have any after taste. You should try that instead maybe

Happened to me, threw out the pre-natals and got ones without fish-oil and a separate one my mom uses for the fish oil.
It was the WORST!
