TMI Alert....Fish Burps and Prenatals
Ok what is up with the fish burps or fishy taste you get 1-2 hours after taking prenatal vit?? Is anyone else dealing with this?? Maybe I need to switch brands??
Anyone NOT experiencing this - please recommend your prental vitamin

Its the DHA portion of your prenatal. Most prenatal DHA comes from fish oil.

i use the CVS brand of one a day with the DHA supp, and it's vegetable based, so no fish burps for me. Try it :O)

Which one do you take? I take One A Day and don't have a problem with fish burps.

I dont get that- I take the GNC prenatals and a extra supplement of dha- I think if I was preggo and getting fish burps, I'd probably get sick

I take the Duet DHA with fish oil...I take them before I go to bed at night so I only get the quick bad taste when I take it and then done! Maybe that would help.
