I came across Bestway Chimney when someone was asking about a reputable chimney company on this board. I looked them up and was very happy with what I read about them, so I decided to call them up to take a look at my chimney and make sure it was good to use. They came and opened up my flue (the knob wouldn't turn and they were able to get it working again) and then did the inspection. They told me everything looked great and clean and there was no need to clean it. They also checked the chimney from the furnace and said that was in good working order too. He gave me a couple of suggestions for when we switch to gas, but never tried to push or hustle me for another project. I asked him how much it cost and he said NOTHING. They weren't here long, maybe 15 mins, but to say that I don't owe them anything is crazy. I tipped the guy and thanked him. I highly recommend them and hopefully you give them a call when you need some chimney work.
