Now I need a recommendation for a chimney service..
What a mess....we have a hole in our chimney liner...and we JUST had a chimney company come in a evaulate our draft, and they even installed a new damper, etc. We have NO UPDRAFT now, all the fumes are in our home.
We have the chimney company coming back within the next 30 min. to fix this, but I will not use them again.
Any recommendations for a new chimney service?

Someone on here recommended bestway chimneys - they fixed ours and so far (fingers crossed) the problem has been fixed.
They were really nice - and I'd recommend them!

Just wanted to update my experience with Chimney Doctors...they were excellent, and finally fixed all the problems we've been having. It wasn't a hole in the liner...the inside of the chimney for our oil burner actually collapsed...it was a clay, terra cotta lining and it just broke apart inside, blocking the fumes from escaping.
They replaced the old terra cotta with a new stainless steel tube.
Later that evening, after the chimney guys left, the oil company came back to test the updraft, and it was excellent.
They were great....I highly recommend them.
