I don't know if there is such a thing as a stainless chimney cap and maybe we didn't get one or what, but apparently our chimney cap must have rusted and stained our roof Chat Icon

My house is only 9 years old ...The roof is a light grey so it shows up quite a bit...

Does anyone know if it can be cleaned ?
Or will we have to replace the shingles
( and in turn get a new chimney cap so that this doesnt happen again Chat Icon )
