mucinex question
I read on here that some girls use it to help while ttc
when exactly would you suggest starting to take it? for how long and how often? I also noticed they have many different types of mucinex; which one is best?

You want the one that is 100% Guaifenesin. I take the generic one that 400mg and I take it 4 times a day starting CD8. Until after ovulation. The real stuff is 1000mg extended release so you can get away with taking it 1 to 2x a day.

i used maximum strength mucinex.
1 pill twice a day. 2400mg per day
i started taking it on cd 10 and stoped 2 days after i got a postive on my opk imo it really helps to loosen the cm
just make sure the only active ingredient is guaifenesin
