WE HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT!!!!!!!
Well. After we had an accepted offer we got the house inspected right away.
We went back and forth with the contract. The sellers wanted a 30 day commitment date for the mortgage. Since we have an experienced lawyer he said hell to the no.
We believe THEY need to show their mortgage company that we are serious. We are, by the way.
So, after one week, we finally have a signed contract.
Holy schnikes!!! I am going to be a homeowner!!!!
