CBEFM = no egg, but ovulation strips say I am ovulating
Anyone have this experience? I'm on my high day #8 on the CBEFM, but I used an ovulation strip as backup this morning and got two very dark lines. Can the CBEFM be wrong? I am so happy that I saw something at all, because I was getting nervous that I wouldn't O this month.

CD 8 is still pretty early to O. Are the OPKs as dark or darker than the control line?

I expierienced something similar. On CD 11 I tested high on CBEFM and it hasn't had me test since. I used an OPK yesterday on CD 13 and I have two very dark lines. I haven't had my CBEFM for very long so I am just glad I used the OPK as a back up.

I'm not on CD 8; I'm on my 8th high day.
Today is CD 19.

I've heard a lot of girls on here saying they've gotten a smiley but no peak on CBEFM. I say BD just to be safe!

We BD last night, and this morning, the CBEFM didn't even ask for a stick; it automatically went to a high reading, not peak. But the ovulation stick gave me 2 dark lines. ????
