Ovulation and the CBEFM
Can someone pls help me figure out how ovulation works with the CBEFM? This was my first month using the CBEFM and my 2 peak days were Feb. 7th and 8th. Does this mean that I o'd on these days or could I have o'd days after my peak readings??? My cycles have been wacky since going off the pill 6 months ago, 30-60 days. I'm currently on CD33 and have all the signs of AF, cramping and sore boobs

Yup, I agree. Even though your cycles are wacky, you could test on Friday if AF didn't show her ugly face! Best of luck to you!! I got my BFP after using CBEFM for two months!!

from what i understand about it, the peak days are when you ARE ovulating

It actually varies. I O normally on my first peak day, but you could O on either of those two days, the first peak means you will be Oing within 12-36 hours of the peak reading....GL!!!!
