Holy shyt!!! (ER update)
41 eggs 
I was floored! I had 23 or 24 follicles seen on the sono as of Wednesday, and my first fresh cycle a few years ago was 18. I hope DH's sperm was an okay sample 
On a side note, I am in an INCREDIBLE amount of pain, I feel like I'm having contractions. And I am on a strict diet and another med for OHSS.

Wow - EEEEEEEEEEE - I onyl have 10 as of today and I feel like I coudl float anyway any time, I cant even imagine 40!! That is super great news though, yeyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!
What diet do they have you on now?

 that is A LOT!!!! Get lots of rest....what diet did they ask you to be on? I am also taking meds to prevent any possible OHSS.

I wait for the fertilization report and transfer day call for tomorrow  As of now they will put me in for a 3 day transfer, but they said I will most likely get the call on Monday to push me to 5 day.
I'm sure not all of those eggs were mature, and they definitely won't all be fertilized if we go by what happened last time (18 eggs, 14 mature, 9 fertilized my first cycle). DH has 0% morphology, so I would say maybe half of those eggs will be decent embryos.
As far as diet, I have to limit sodium to 1200-1500mg a day, low carb, low sugar, high protein. I also have to monitor my fluid intake to 1.5 liters and monitor my output (fun  ).
I forgot to add, the medication I was prescribed was Dostinax.

I hope your pain lessens quickly. OHSS is very uncomfortable so I hope they are closely monitoring you!  Can't wait for your fert. report!

For my first ivf i had 25 eggs and had a pretty bad case of hyperstimulation. I was told to drink a lot of gatorade or anything with electrolytes. I also took dostinex. My sodium was not limited as i was told that drinking 1 small glass of V8 per day was good. I also had to weigh myself ever day to monitor how much fluid i was retaining. I hope you feel better soon!!! Good luck and I hope the transfer is pushed to day 5.
