If you took the "we'll see what happens" approach...

How long was it before you started counting days etc

If you did it and got a BFP using that approach, how long did it take to get a BFP?

I got pregnant the 1st month I never tried to figure it out came off the pill was pregnant the following month this time I never went back on the pill after the birth of my dd I just did the pull and pray method and it happened again best of luck

I went off the pill in August. September I tried using generic opk strips but got annoyed with them. October nothing, just timing charts from my Ladytimer app. Then this month I started using CBE digital opk's until I just got my BFP on Friday!

I went off the pill in September and thought we were going to take the lets see what happens approach. I am way to type A for that though so we waited and saw for 1 cycle then I got test strips on Amazon.

First time we got a bfp 2 months after "we'll see what happens". Then had a mc and now it's been 2 years. After the mc I was counting days... it was another 6 months before I started using FF and maybe 3 months after that I started temping.
After 4 failed IUI's, now I do absolutely nothing.. including counting days. It just stresses me out.

We took the well see what happens approach for two months when I was told to stop trying altogether because I had a fibroid. Now I am told to either get pregnant ASAP before it grows anymore or have surgery to have it out and risk my fertility, so the see what happens approach went out the window.

The first month. We were extremely lucky and not the norm.

With #1, we BD every other day starting on CD 10 and I got pregnant the first month. This time, we did the same thing the first month. When it didn't work, I decided to chart because I wanted to understand things better. The second month I ended up taking off because I had pneumonia right around the middle of my cycle. I got pregnant the next month.

I got my BFP the first month - I did not count anything or temp. We just BD every other day that month - lucky lucky DH!!!

Also I knew from CM around when I O'd but I didn't count the 2WW I just tried to stay busy with other things and only tested the night AF was due.

I'm 34 so I started using OPK from the get go. We got prego on our first time trying (last March) and had a MC @ 6.5 wks. I chose to take 2 months off and started using OPK again in July. For my Nov cycle, I decided to try the CBEFM, we got our BFP on 11/17.

We're currently taking this "approach" went off the pill about 3 months ago. I just keep track of my cycles so i know when to expect AF; but i don't chart/temp/BD on a schedule. Just sort of going with the flow-nothing yet for me.

With this second pregnancy we took that approach. I got pregnant the SAME night we decided to take that approach. Needless to say I was FLOORED. I thought I was prepared for another DC but the reality of it happening so fast...WHOA!

some months im more dilegent than others. we've been seeing what happens since may. i had a chemical once or twice since then.

Second month, actively monitored my previous cycles and we got our BFP.
