I'm sure most of you know that Michael Jackson didn't take the stand on his case... do you think that it was a smart move or that it will hurt him?

I agree... being on the stand, you can incriminate yourself... however, who better than you to clarify allegations?
If I know I'm innocent, I'm going to take an extra step to prove that. IMO, hidding behind the fear of implicating yourself is someone who fears the truth might come out.

I agree... by BAD he already had some work done... but it's ok to want to change a couple of things about yourself... not keep going and look nothing like you used to!

FOR HIM, it is better that he did not take the stand.
AFter the horrible way he came off in that interview with that British reporter .. and constantly sticks his foot in his mouth whenever the topic of his relationships with children comes up.... its best he keep his trap shut. And I'm sure his high-priced attorneys advised him of such and kept him off the stand for this reason
And no doubt he is going free... unfortunately , the accuser is not credible and the case isn't strong enough
