who is exhausted from cooking and baking?

......I am! what'd you make that exhausted you?

for me:

2 trays of ziti
2 trays of lasagna
2 trays of penne vodka
2 trays baked mac n' cheese

soup
pasta salad

cranberry orange bread
apple crisp
corn bread
cake balls


......and then there's tomorrow and prepping all the sides and the turkey (i'm hosting)

I'm so tired. I took a quick break and haven't gotten back up to clean the house a bit.

You make me feel like a slacker! My IL's went to Mobile and my big kids are going to their dad's. We're low-key this year

turkey brining
2 batches of cranberry sauce (1 for us and 1 for kids to bring to dad)
sweet potatoes are done and in the fridge
mashed potatoes are done and in the fridge

I prepped all vegetables that needed to be cut yesterday (except potatoes)

Today I made:

green bean casserole
sweet potato casserole
sweet potato pie
creamed spinach
dip
2 pumpkin pies + pie dough
the brine for the turkey

- all from scratch!

The pies are in the oven as I type!

Tomorrow I still have to make the gravy, carrots, mashed potatoes, and stuffing.

I'm hosting too!

ME! I'm wiped. Between work today, an 8 month old and a 3 1/2 year old who decided he didn't want to go to bed until 10:30, and all this cooking I am DONE! SO far I finished:

Cranberry sauce
Sausage stuffing
sweet potato casserole
Plain & chocolate chip pumpkin bread.

Also cut fresh brussels sprouts and cleaned and cut a butternut squash that I will roast. Turkey is brining in the fridge.

Tomorrow need to:
-make mac & cheese
-make scalloped potatoes
-make gravy
-clean and roast turkey
-make french coconut pie

I'm still tired from yesterday. I made (or prepped so that I can just finish them up very quickly this afternoon):

Everything is homemade and from scratch...dough for the bread, applesauce, etc.

Stromboli
Phyllo dough with baked brie and preserves
Pumpkin ricotta pancakes
Cottage cheese with peaches, baked apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Butternut squash soup
Cornbread
Apple sauce
Baked mac n cheese
Artichokes
Green beans
Butternut squash baked with cinnamon and sugar
Pumpkin cheesecake cake pops
Whipped cream
Brined the turkey

I am so not looking forward to starting to set up in a half hour lol!
