Let's make a pact to ignore symptoms next month!!!!!!!!

Honestly, I'm starting to think this whole symptom thing is in our heads, and for me I was on BC for so long, I never had PMS so its all coming together now!!!

Agreed! I was on BC for so long I forgot what having AF was like!! Although I don't know how women who aren't on BC deal with it all the time.

I'm with you. I know what dates I'm supposed to BD and we'll hit it but after that I'm backing off the checking of the symptoms bc it's making me crazy. Almost like we can WILL a baby into our bellies!!

i agree, i have over read into too many symptoms only to end up with BFN's so i just ignore them now.

ETA: i am also avoiding testing too early, i learned my lesson b/c last month i had hope when i tested positive on 9DPIUI but ended up with a BFN (from my HCG trigger) Chat Icon

Re: For those of us that are out this month

i am making a pact to try to not stress so much, altogether. this is ruining my mood in general, taking over. it's so not me. dh and i work opposite schedules and we have been bending over backwards to BD at the "right" time. waking up in the middle of the night to dtd when he gets home from work and i have to be up in 3 hours, taking days off, changing our schedules, leaving work early. it's ridiculous. we have made it work and done it when we need to and nothing is happening. so next month, i'm trying to go with the flow a little more, not let it run our lives. we will do it when we can and hope for the best. so that's MY pact Chat Icon

It's not that hard!! I really don't pay attention to symptons...then again I always know my 7DPO if I'm getting AF or not. She's like clockwork.

Agreed - but can we figure out a way to go back in time and tell ourselves not to get stressed out every month. I might not have this gray hair then!

AGREED!!!

OMG i was so down after my BFN. I haven't posted on here in days; just couldn't deal with it. I swore i obsessed way too much about my symptoms! I refuse to do it this month. i wasn't even going to post on here for a while to try to not obsess so much!

I'm trying to use the mentality it will happen when it will happen. I've only been off BCP 3 1/2 months. i was talking to a friend that got pregnant this way and took her about 6 months from when she went off the pill so I'll just try to be patient for a while.

My posts from now on will only be to support those that are on here Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: For those of us that are out this month

I wish I can at least GET to my 2ww!! My period is coming sooner and sooner! I have no ovulation, no luteal phase...I don't even get the anticipation and excitement of being able to test.

Going to dr in an hour, hope he has a good idea!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
