Feeling anxious
Next week Friday I should be starting my meeds for my first IVF cycle!  after looking up some injection videos now I'm nervous! I'm not afraid of needles but to have to give myself these injections is scary

 It becomes second nature so fast!! Honestly sometimes I stop and think about how far I've come from being squimish about injections to being able to do them in my car... You will be fine!!

I'm terrified of needles. I agree it becomes second nature...of course I still freeze up but when it's over I'm okay. Once the first one is done the rest are easier. It's mostly the anticipation.

Ice helps at first because you don't even feel the poke, just the burn of the meds going in.
I would close my eyes. It's like ripping off a band-aid or jumping in a cold pool--just brace yourself and get it done
And I was terrified of needles!

did you go to the IVF class yet? that should help with the injection process. Its not as bad as it seems.

The anticipation of the first one is always the worst, it then become part of your routine. GL!
