Yes, EVERYTHING! 
But, that's only because we didn't really take anything with us besides our clothes and personal items.

Patio Furniture and a Grill. Then snow blower, shovels, outdoor clippers/gardening tools, etc.

Just read PP poster's list and needed too....ladder, step stool,. buckets, tool kit, etc. Garbage cans- since we have a lot more rooms and bathrooms.

EVERYTHING!!!!
We had very "disposable" furniture from target/ikea/etc....so it all stayed with the apartment! It was time for adult furniture!
Washer/dryer
Garbage cans, hoses, tools, shovels, etc
Outdoor furniture
Bedroom set
Living room set
Living room tv
Kitchenette
Office
Dining room (this still needs to be purchased, but when we pay off the other we will)
Rugs
Window treatments/shutters
Kids rooms, playroom
And don't forget all the little things along the way
