if I am considering starting a new workout, would now be a dumb time to start?

I would-i'm at the beginning of my tww and i'm hitting the gym tonight; i haven't been in about 2-3 months! But i figured staying fit & healthy will be good for my future baby.

usually i run on a treadmill but during the 2WW i just walk.. its just my paranoia though!

I've been nervous about working out during my 2ww's as well, but I've been keeping up with it since I figure it's good to be fit and healthy before becoming pregnant. I just make sure not to push myself too hard.

During 2WW, I keep up with my normal exercise routine. My RE did not say anything about stopping.

This.. remember keeping healthy is important so i wouldnt change my exercise routine during the 2ww. though when I first started ttc I was def worried and scaled back my routines... that was 2 years ago. I cant workout that inconsistently anymore so I keep my normal routine up regardless of where I am in my cycle. Im a much happier person knowing that TTC doesn't control my life.

I'm actually talking about getting into a new routine. I just downloaded C25K, and while I'm a walker, this is integrating running...just wondering if I should hold off

I used to be seriously into working out- lifting weights, a lot of hardcore gym workouts, etc. I was a 5-7 times a week gym goer.
My RE had me cut it down to 30 minutes, 3-4 days a week of moderate exercise during the 2WW.
I would double check with your doctor.
