Sun: out
Mon: Butternut squash and apple soup with crusty bread
Tues: Fish (not sure what kind yet, I'll see what they have on Tuesday) and oven fries
Wed: Spaghetti squash and black bean "meatballs"
Thurs: rice and beans for dh, collard green and bean soup for me
Fri: not sure

Did you like the meatballs? I had them a while ago and really liked it but this time I made it I was not such a fan.

Sat: homemade pizza
Sun: out- Red Bull game
Mon: no fry chicken cutlet parm over linguine, sauteed greens
Tues: arroz con chorizo, black beans, avocado salad, corn
Wed: dinner for my dh's birthday..still debating
Thurs: chicken flautas, rice, salad
Fri: going out with friends for dh's birthday

Sunday : baked chicken thighs, yellow rice, roasted mixed veggies.
Monday : leftover pot roast with egg noodles.
Tuesday : pork schnitzel, mashed potatoes, red cabbage, cucumber salad.
Wednesday : chicken pot pies, salad.
Thursday : baked flounder filets, rice pilaf, sauteed zucchini and mushrooms.
Friday : spaghetti and meatballs.
Saturday : chef's night off.

Sun: Leftovers
Mon: Roasted potatoes, chicken sausage, & peppers
Tues: Ham w/ stewed apples & roasted potatoes on the side
Wed: BF is away so I'll probably make myself a sandwich
Thurs: Tacos
Fri: Salmon with maple mustard glaze
Sat: Leftovers
Sun: Spaghetti & meatsauce with warm chibatta bread and dipping oil
