Weekly Menus - Almost November!
Sat - MIL is making empanadas (didn't make last week)
Sun - BBQ chicken drumsticks, white rice, biscuits
Mon - Some kind of pasta... still deciding
Tues - last night ILs are here, going out
Wed - Sausage & Peppers
Thurs - Chicken thighs with "restful rice"
Fri - London broil, cheesy twice-baked potatoes
And I'm definitely making banana bars with cream cheese frosting after the ripe banana thread got me in the mood!

Yay November!!
Sunday: Sloppy Joes on toasted and buttered sesame buns, Potato chips, celery and carrot sticks
Monday: Worms in blood sauce, Human fingers, Moldy Leaves with sour plasma
Tuesday: Apricot glazed drumsticks, rice pilaf, roasted broccoli
Wednesday: Chicken and dumplings, Autumn salad
Thursday: Catcher's Catch Can
Friday: Marinated London Broil, roasted Brussels sprouts, seasoned potato wedges
Saturday: Veggie stuffed chicken breasts, noodles with oil and garlic, house salad.

Thursday: ST Thai Green Curry Coconut Shrimp with Basil, Jasmine Rice and Green Beans
Friday: ST Baked Chicken with Dijon and Lime, Home Fries and Broccoli
Saturday:ST Spicy Thai Beef and Jasmine Rice, Carrots
Sunday: Shrimp leftovers
Monday: Chicken Leftovers
Tuesday: Thai Beef Leftovers
Wednesday: Baked Chicken Cutlets and Mixed Green Salad

I have been off my game for months, going to try to be better....
Saturday: Sausage, greens and beans, braised turnips
Sunday: out with family
Monday: Chicken Fajitas, black beans
Tuesday: Chicken cutlets, broccoli rabe and polenta
Wednesday: Turkey Burgers with Brie and green apples, roasted broccoli, possibly home fries
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: ordering in

Sat: I'm going out for a girls night DH is making Burgers and Dogs with Chips for him and the boys
Sun: Roasted Turkey Breast, Baked Sweet Potato, Cranberry & Stuffing
Mon: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Salad
Tues: Shredded Chicken Empanadas with Yellow Rice & Black Beans
Wed: Turkey Potpies with the leftovers from Sun
Thurs: Soup & Sammy??
Fri: Pizza/leftovers

 It's a lazy recipe for making a chicken/rice dish where you just saute the rice on the stovetop into a mixture of veggies and top with broth, water, heavy cream and browned chicken pieces... then you cook it in the oven. No fuss! It's from one of the cooking blogs

Sat.- take out (probably mexican of some kind)
Sun.- Rigatoni with garlic, oil, broccoli and romano cheese
Mon.- Broiled salmon with dill sauce, baked rice and peas
Tues.- Baked potato soup with some kind of toasted ciabatta sandwiches
Wed.- turkey breast, sausage stuffing, sweet potato casserole
Thurs.- Homemade turkey pot pie with leftovers
Fri.- take out

I moved some stuff around last week because we were/are sick.
Saturday - roasted salmon with carrots and cauliflower, oven baked fries
Sunday - sushi
Monday - chicken scampi over brown rice, steamed snow peas
Tuesday - italian heros, pasta salad
Wednesday - fried turkey cutlets, stuffing, sauteed green beans
Thursday - fresh fettucine with pesto, arugula salad with lemon/white wine vinaigrette
Friday - grilled sirloins with herb butter, not sure about sides yet
baking this week - vanilla buttermilk pound cake, something with pumpkin but I don't know what to make yet!

Sun: Lasagne, garlic bread, salad
Mon: Leftovers
Tues: Sticky chicken, rice pilaf, szechuan green beans
Weds: Three cheese baked macaroni and cheese, cucumber and tomato salad
Thurs: Homemade chicken pesto pizza, salad
Fri: Slow cooker country ribs, leftover mac and cheese, salad

SAT- Chicken Pot Pies
SUN- Steak with Cognac Sauce, Iceburg-Blue Cheese Salad and Baked Potatoes (hopefully crispy on the outside).
MON- Orange-BBQ Cashew Chicken over Rice
TUES- Southern Turkey with Mushroom Gravy and Herbed Stuffing
WED- Swedish Meatballs & Sauce over Egg Noodles with Lingonberries
THURS- Cheese Ravioli w/Sauce and Garlic Bread
FRI- Cheese and Potato Blintzes with Breakfast Sausage

Saturday - Going out with the girls, chinese for DH
Sunday - Roast Beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, roasted broccoli and biscuits
Monday - Halloween!!! Leftover Chicken Francese from Friday w/rice & roasted asparagus, vanilla bean cupcakes
Tuesday - PW Beef Stew w/ beer & paprika, buttered egg noodles, crusty bread
Wednesday - DH birthday dinner. Steak au Poivre, Lobster Tails, Scalloped potatoes, sauteed green beans w/ onions & almonds
Birthday cake
Thursday - Tortilla Encrusted Tilapia, Couscous, Baby peas
Friday - Not sure yet, it's my cousin's birthday and I promised to cook whatever she wanted.

Saturday- Seafood mix in green curry.

Saturday: We were out at a Halloween party.
Sunday: We have been partying all weekend...I can barely function, let alone cook...take out it is!
Monday: Catfish (not sure how I'm cooking it yet) with mashed potatoes
Tuesday: Homemade chunky vegetable soup
Wednesday: French toast and turkey bacon
Thursday: Homemade low mein with mixed vegetables
Friday: I'm trying out Bistro 25 with a friend

monday - leftovers from sunday
Tuesday - Whole roasted chicken with lemon, garlic, onions (mostly likely in cooked in slow cooker), mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli
Wednesday - Turkey chili
thursday - leftovers
friday - taco night!
saturday - TBD... probably out
