I just got a BFP! (with a question)
I'm not a very regular poster but have been lurking on here a while.! i'm super excited! this will be # 3 for us! please keep your fingers crossed that this baby sticks!!
here's my question: i've been doing zumba for almost a year now (& i know you can exercise during pregnancy) but should i stop until i see my ob/gyn??

id call them and ask... the general rule that i know of that you shouldnt start a new excercise regiment after a bfp, but if its something youve been doing it should be ok...

My doctor said that same exact thing.

my ob had told me anything you were doing/used to in terms of exercise BEFORE you got pregnant, is okay to continue during pregnancy (just keep an eye on your HR)... congrats!!!!

congrats to you!!!!!
as long as it is not a new/difficult exercise for you and you keep your heartrate down, youll be fine. you can always call to ask your OB's office their feelings on this issue!
