False Positive??

AF came but only lasted 3 days usually it lasts 6-7 days. So I decided to take a test yesterday morning and I got a really really thin and faint line on the $ tree test. Later on I took another one and got a light pink line. I took another one with the same urine and it was negative. Took a FRER and another $ tree this morning all negative.

Has anyone ever gotten a false positive on a dollar tree test?

Sounds like it could be a chemical pregnancy. The dollar tree tests are pink dye right? Those usually don't give false positives. I would call your OB and get blood done

i would think u would not be getting the positives after u bled..i mean if it was a chemical..

when i had chemicals the test was positive then i woud bleed..but maybe you were spotting instead of af?

i would test again with fmu and i would def go get a bloodtest..without a beta number it is hard to tell

I agree Gina, I had bleeding first so I was thinking its not a chemical. It started as spotting then heavy for a day and then tapered off to nothing. It was just a really short cycle for me that's why I took a test.

I will check again in the morning but I have a feeling it was just a defective test? This is the first month I have used $ tree.

i hope it was just spotting and that tomorrow morn u get a clear positive!
