Wanted to share my special moment with DS this morning.
DS and I were lying in my bed while DH was showering for work. We started talking about the baby in my belly and he wanted to see it (always asks to see it). I pulled down the blanket and showed him and said, you cannot see, the baby is right here, inside my belly. He pointed to and squished my belly. He then said, can I play with the baby inside your belly?  I said no, not yet, but when the baby comes outside my belly. We talked some more and he said that he's going to be a big brother and he's not going to hit the baby (that's good news  ). Then he pulled the blanket down and tucked his Lamby (his lovey) against my belly and said, to the baby, "your (that's how he says you) can have my Lamby" and put the blanket back over it.
Anyone who knows what Lamby means to DS, knows how special of a gesture this was! My mushy boy! I love him so! I cannot wait to see him be a big brother!!!
