After a D&C Help!!!

My procedure went well..but it took 2 days to get everything out of my system! I was nervous as anything being in that hospital. I don't remember much..all I know is when I woke up I had trouble breathing so they hooked me up to this oxygen for a while. Took about 30 minutes before my breathing returned to normal. This has to do with the Bronchitis I was recovering from. Now I wait for the results to come back in..I also had a repeat of a hysterscopy done as well.

After my procedure I bleed for only one day..is that normal? I woke up this morning to go to the bathroom and I noticed I am bleeding again!! Could this be my peiod early?? Cause I sure feel like the cramps are here. I was due for it another few days! I am hoping this D&C will help with the journey of TTC!!! I have to wait 2 weeks before any Sexual activity...DH made me smile when he said " Can you resist me?" I answered him " Can you?" ..lol That did make me smile..But hopefully before the year is out I will finanly have my BFP!! Thank You all for your support and love!!!!!

i think that is normal. my mom has had a couple of D&C and she would tell me that she would bleed for a couple of days afterwards.

I had a D&C for a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks. I bled and had some cramping the rest of that day, but then it would come and go for about a week - sometimes more cramping, sometimes more bleeding, other days almost nothing.

I think it is normal, but not your period.

the day of my d&c I didn't bleed at all. I actually didn't even start bleeding until a few days later. It was never heavy, just some dark brown spotting which lasted about a week or so. I have heard of other women who bled for up to 2 weeks post d&c. The cramping is prob still from the d&c.

When was ur d&c? If it was within the last week or so, i def dont think it's ur period... i bled for at least 10 days, on and off.

Thanks Ladies!! My d&C was on Thursday. I do not think it is my period either. It just went from bleeding to nothing to back to bleeding. So I was just wondering if it was normal. Right now some mild cramping and I have some spotting..but I think it's healing!!

I think this sounds normal I remember almost no bleeding at first so searched that but ended up having bleeding over a week never heavy.

Yes, this sounds right! I'll see how my body is doing towards the end of the week!

The waiting for the results of my test is the worst! I am hoping I will know soon!!
