Renting out a Co-Op Question?- Leasing Company?
Hi Everyone- Does anyone know if there are companies that you can hire to rent out your co-op or condo and then have them act as the landlord? We have been trying to sell out unit, and although its really a nice co-op nothing is selling at this point for anywhere what we need to sell for, so we are thinking about renting it out this coming spring. We however really would prefer not to be landlords, so that is why I am trying to do some research to see if there are companies that would do this? Any info would be great, thanks!

Where is the co-op? Maybe try a different realtor to sell or it. OR maybe ask the co-op management company if they would be interested?

Its in coram (very close to Mount Sinai)
