11 day LP, too short?
I started to chart my cycles this month by temping and for this past cycle I had an 11 day LP...(i have nothing else to compare it to as i was irregular coming off BC 9 months ago) is this bad? not sure if i should ask my doc for progesterone supps the next time around. TIA!

No anything under 9 days is considered a defective LP... BUT there are ways to lengthen it... i beleive B6 will do that... check with your Dr first though

my LP's were short, between 7 and 10 days, and I conceived without having to do anything special. i wouldn't be concerned with 11 days, that's in normal range.

An 11 day LP is perfect. Anything under 10 is considered defective. You are just fine.
