dinner party help
What is your "go to" entree for a dinner party? DH invited a couple over for dinner on Wednesday night. I would usually make a filet, but the wife doesn't eat red meat. Any suggestions? Is Chicken Marbella too tired?

My go to chicken dinners for entertaining are:
-Chicken Parmesan
-Lemon Peppered Chicken
-Chicken Marsala
-Chicken Fajitas
-Chicken with Olive-Tomato-Basil Salsa
I don't think Chicken Marbella is overdone. I have actually never heard of it before and I googled it and it sounds SO delicious! So you could certainly use that if you have never made it for them before.
