Where did you get your dining room furniture?
I'm looking for something dark (not black) Contemporary/clean lines not too Modern and not too Traditional, but something with a China cabinet (and maybe a server).
I guess I like the idea of a Formal dining room (with the China and all the pieces), but the look of Contemporary.
Any ideas, suggstions, links would be helpful.

honestly i found my thomasville set on ebay for a steal
and it was in great condition, table with 2 leaves, 6 chairs, china cabinet and buffet, oh and that pad you put on the table to protect it
i would comb ebay you never know

craigslist! was sold as a new set (i honestly think it fell off a truck) and they delivered it to me wrapped in paper

I have a set I got at Ethan Allen that fits your description, as that was my criteria as well.
