I am so excited and proud to work for a company that developed this new technology!
Explore neighborhoods based on how you live your life
Find a great community based on your lifestyle preferences. Then view all properties for sale within those communities! A lifestyle based community search helps you identify communities which may be of interest and then explore homes for sale.

Have you thought about putting price ranges for homes on here? Apartments/houses/condos?
I did it and towns that we could never afford come up. I guess I have expensive taste.

Maybe good for LI but stinks for Queens. I asked for areas in queens and it listed all LI areas... and none that I am even remotely interested in  Oh well.

based on what you put for lifestyle choices it might not have queens propeties that match them
or Queens might not be done yet- It takes a long time to get something like this up and running- close to a year to get nass and suffolk- we are a national brand- so they have to do every MLS where we have offices
I will find out

That would be a great criteria to add.
I do like the search Beth. Funny that where we are looking at is on top of the search result.
