Constipation Help!
What do you do to help relieve constipation?
I am taking colace 1 pill 3 times a day and it is not doing the trick! I try and eat fruits and salads. I look 5 months pregnant and I am only 9 weeks! It's a terrible feeling.

Try taking Senekot at night, it will work overnight to help you "go" ... or if you're desperate Milk of Magnesia will help things along.
Both were recommended by my OB.

all that everyone else mentioned +metamuscil. I was on everything in my first trimester. Good news is it goes away for most. knowing that is what got me through
