Do you ever feel like
when you post on here about your cycle, that you jinx yourself for a bfn?
this is how superstitious i have become....
(then again...i must be jinxed for 16 months since i have never had a bfp)

I do!!! Well not so much about posting on my cycle, but I don't POAS anymore. Everytime I do, AF would show up the next day. This thing makes us nuttier than we probably are.

i didnt feel that way at all. i posted every detail of my cycles, both cause it was therapeutic for me, and in hopes that someone else would find any of the info useful. the only thing i didn't do was post on the pregnancy board until i saw a heartbeat. for some reason i felt that if i posted too soon i would jinx my BFPs into chemicals

I felt that way and I don't know why!! I posted my very first IVF cycle and then I didn't post for the next 3.
When I finally got my BFP on my 4th IVF I wouldn't post on the pregnancy board until I was like 13 weeks!!!! I was so scared!!!

No but I've always been a true believer that if I had a cycle buddy (same day er/et) that it was a given than one of us wasn't making it... and it was usually me. I used to be excited in the beginning but then as it got closer to the procedure I used to dread it.  I had a retrieval buddy this time, but our transfers were on different days!

I'm convinced there's nothing I can really do to jinx it and the sh!t will hit the fan if that's what's going to happen regardless of what I do.
