Supp or injections?
I'm on the Progesterone in oil injections every night and am over them! They're so painful going in and them I'm so sore the next day!

During this FET cycle I have been on the powder capsules (irritated the heck out of my lady part), Crinone (yuck), and PIO shots. Now I am on shots only and I know it sounds crazy but I actually prefer them.
