Re: Diaper bags
We decided to get a changing pad and bottle cooler and just use a back pack with lots of great pockets.

Columbia actually makes a great backpack-style diaper bag with an insulated side compartment, and another side compartment with mesh pockets inside. We have been using ours for three years and love it!

Re: Diaper bags
I registered for a JJ Cole one - It has two straps AND a shoulder strap which I really like. it also has a lot of room and the material is washable.

Thanks. We looked at all of the diaper bag/backpacks and they all seemed too small for twins. We actually just purchased one today from models. It's jansport with all sorts of pockets and the lap top area is perfect for changing pad.
